Almost Architecture
Fabrications is a scriptable urban framework for generating three-dimensional systems of public and private spaces that maintain minimum densities of continuous green space. Each terraced block-type has distinctive local qualities, such as individual gardens and private courtyards for residents, or storefront commercial and civic spaces. The framework can function as both infill or city-from-zero strategy. Fabrications was developed for CORE DESIGN STUDIO VI (Fall 2011) led by Professors Leyre Asensio + David Mah + Buro Happold at Cornell University.
